The master branch has incompatible changes by default. The safest
course for now is to use the WX_3_0_branch.

In 9f57d8c4f86323cf7481c9a7e512486087bb5542, the configure option
--enable-shared-zlib. It was replaced with --enable-builtin-zlib.
