These dependency files was once used when building the documentation,
but are no longer needed.

doc Makefiles: Eliminate DOCSUPPORT ifdefs

Some applications still have support for an ancient documentation
build system. Eliminate the DOCSUPPORT define in otp.mk.in and the
not taken arm of the ifdefs in the Makefiles.

OTP-9386 - Calling ssh_sftp:stop_channel/1 resulted in that the trap_exit flag was set to true for the invoking process.

An unexpected message would crash the ssh_connection_handler and close the connection.

A memory leak has been fixed. I.e. per terminated connection the size of
a pid and the length of a user name string was not cleared.

Fixed SSH appup, copyright headers SSH vsn and SSH release note.
