erts: Remove 7-bit ASCII limitation in to_erl
Symptom: to_erl garbles anything beyond 7-bit ASCII received on STDIN
Solution: Remove setting of ISTRIP flag on input terminal.
"man tcsetattr" says:
ISTRIP Strip off eighth bit.
