Merge branch 'maint'

* maint:
  Implement a tab for persistent terms in crashdump viewer
  Add tests of persistent terms for crashdump_viewer
  Add a persistent term storage
  Refactor releasing of literals
  Extend the sharing-preserving routines to optionally copy literals
