erts: Refactor ets select iteration code
* Remove all "mtraversal_" prefixes.
* Rename all local context variables as "ctx".
* Changed callbacks from function arguments
to members of new base context struct "match_callbacks_t"
* Remove unnecessary struct initializations "= {0}"
