Fix LM_TRY_ENABLE_CFLAG to use correct environment
LM_TRY_ENABLE_CFLAG takes which environment variable should be updated
but only CFLAGS was updated. Though CFLAGS is the normally the intended
variable, others may be used. For instance CXXFLAGS.
