Merge branch 'sverker/halfword-testcases/OTP-8884' into dev
* sverker/halfword-testcases/OTP-8884:
NIF 64-bit integer get/make bugfix for halfword emulator.
Teach erl_alloc.c not to disable internal allocators for halfword
