[logger] Add if-exist functionality for metadata keys in formatter template
* Nested metadata keys are now expressed as list of atoms (was earlier tuples).
* If-exist is expressed as:
{Key,IfExist,Else}
Key :: atom() | [atom()]
IfExist :: template()
Else :: template()
