[cover] Fix timing dependent bug in cover_SUITE:reconnect
Adding a timer:sleep between these two lines:
net_kernel:disconnect(N1),
[] = cover:which_nodes(),
This is to make sure the disconnect is detected by cover before
checking that the node is gone.
