This test always fails when gen is native compiled, since the
optmization is not implemented then. The test is now skipped when
running with hipe.
The test does also quite often fail on one of the test hosts which
runs in a virtual machine. The reason is that the clock runs "in
bursts" on this host, which is outside of the control of the erlang VM
and probably due to the fact that the host runs as a virtual
machine. To overcome this problem, the echo message is now sent 10000
times instead of 10 times - i.e. the test run is prolonged in order to
even out the effect of the bursts.

When setting Failed-AVP in a message record, it was never tested that
the field was actually present. RFC 6733 says it should be, 3588 says
MAY.

To return what RFC 6733 says. 3588 says less so follow 6733, even
though the extra specification of 6733 means that it isn't strictly
backwards compatible. In particular, 6733 says to send a zero'd payload
or none at all while 3588 says to send the offending AVP, despite the
fact that the peer will likely have equal difficulty in decoding it.
The testcases now fail, which will be remedied in subsequent commits.

This test fails on a test host where no proper unix unzip is
installed. This has been corrected.

This function is used all over the place in OTP itself and people
sometimes want that functionality, they may as well not reimplement it
themselves.

Because of leeway in implementing os:cmd/1 under different OS there is
a difference in results when calling it with deep list
argument. os:cmd/1 specifies io_lib:chars() type for its argument and
io_lib functions can produce deep lists inspite of io_lib:chars()
result type specification. This commit flattens the argument for
erlang:open_port/2 (which is used under Windows) and expands the
os_SUITE to regress the bug.

Renmed the two backend modules:

snmpa_mib_data_tree2.erl -> snmpa_mib_data_ttln.erl

There is one remaining bug where ttsl_drv's state ends up inconsistent
with the terminal own state; when a wide character is entered on the
last column of the terminal.

When entering a new file, epp doesn't properly set #epp.name2 like it
does on initialisation, generating a malformed file attribute when it

The old mib-server data module (snmpa_mib_data) has been changed into
a behaviour module. The old implementation is now instead in a new
module snmpa_mib_data_tree1. A new backend module has been added,
still only very preliminary, snmpa_mib_data_tree2.
