Reduce C code size for bit syntax instructions
ops.tab: Use combined operands
|
|
Bit syntax instructions never store their result in a Y register.
Therefore, change the bit syntax instructions to use 'x' as the
destination instead of 'd'. That will simplify the code that stores
the result, and will be a slight reduction in code size and execution
time.

ssl: Skip sslv2 hello compatible tests on OpenSSL-0.9.8o
ssl: Skip sslv3 interop with newer OpenSSL
ssl: Increase timeout for testcase testing ECDH keyexchange with RSA signed certs

The -ssl2 option to s_client appears to be broken on this release.
This is a legacy option anyway that is still tested on other old
version of OpenSSL so skip this.

a3407eaa2104d6 eliminated the -gen_dest flag for macros in ops.tab.
It turns out that the new implementation (taking the address of the
X or X destination register) is unsafe if the destination is a Y
register and there can be a GC. The problem is that the address to
the Y register will change if there is a GC.
Fortunately, the few instructions in OTP 20 that have a general
destinations are safe. The put_list_ssd instruction never does a GC.
The bit syntax instructions that may do a GC will always store the
result to an X register.
To be completely sure, rewrite the destination register from 'd' to
'x' for the bit syntax instructions. That means that a bit syntax
instruction with a Y register destionation will abort the loading
if it is encountered.

Commit ca09cf7b caused an incoming CER or DPR to be regarded as
discarded in diameter_watchdog, resulting in a corresponding message
callback (if configured) in diameter_tcp/sctp.

The check of bad nowarn_deprecated_function tags in -compile
attributes often made it impossible to compile modules with the

Add a few more tests to the proc_lib_SUITE.

The `error_logger_format_depth` variable is `unlimited` by default.
This can cause errors when logging crash reports using sasl logger,
because `io_lib:format("~P"...` does not support `unlimited` as a
depth parameter.
Use formatter string "~p" for unlimited depth.
A way to reproduce the error:
Start erl with sasl logger:
erl -boot start_sasl -sasl errlog_type error -sasl sasl_error_logger tty
Report arbitrary error:
error_logger:error_report(crash_report, [fake_crash_report, foo]).

Service configuration share_peers and use_shared_peers is used to share
peer connections with other connected nodes having a service of the same
name: a service process asks its neighbours about existing connections
when it starts, and pushes new connections as they're established.
The problem is that the mechanics assume that nodes() doesn't change. In
particular, if a neighbour isn't connected when a service starts then it
doesn't receive the request to share connections. Solve by having each
service process monitor nodes, a nodeup notification causing it to
request connections of its neighbours. Nodes going down is already
handled, by remote connections being monitored in diameter_service.
