Add two simple (traffic) counter test cases, to test counter
actions for normal traffic (send and receive using sendmsg
and recvmsg).
One for IPv4 udp and one for unix-domain-socket stream (udp).

Corrected both read pkg, byte and fail counter increment for
recvmsg (was actually missing).

When to count read failure and read package count
used number of bytes read instead of just increment (by 1).

We already had the counters. But we did not entirely handle
counter wrap, especially in related to 'iow' (Inform On Wrap).
There was also no way to get to the counter values, so a socket
specific info function was implemented (piggy back on the existing
"global" info function). And since, we have it, we also add
other info in the returned map (number of readers, writers and
acceptors).

On some configurations the inet:peername/1 and inet:getaddr/2
functions return different loopback addresses, leading to
testcase failures in the ssl_basic_SUITE (peername, sockname).
This commit updates the node_to_hostip and check_result functions
to tolerate different loopback addresses.

Some huge functions would compile very slowly because of a bottleneck
in `beam_ssa:def_used/2`. One example is the `cuter_binlib` module in
https://github.com/cuter-testing/cuter. On my computer, this commit
reduces the compilatation time for `cuter_binlib` to 45 seconds down
from more than 4 minutes.

This commit fixes a bug in Dialyzer where it would assume
all Erlang AST can be converted back to valid Erlang code.
A case where this was is no true was already documented
in the source code, in relation to opaque types, but this
can also be true when it comes to other BEAM languages.

Make the test suite log more readable.
Normal io and the debug printouts from megaco does not mix well.
Its difficult to know the proper timeline. So add some "sleeps"
so that its easier to read.
|
|
The simple test case was faulty in that the simple example
(which it is testing) require that the MGC and MG run on different
erlang nodes. But the test case did not do this. Instead, it ran
both the MGC and the MG on the test server node, which caused
the test case to fail 1 time of 10.

We did not check the actual result of the timer cancel
operation before continuing, which seems to cause
problems on some platforms (where the timer may actually
expire even though we have 100 ms to cancel).
So now we check the cancel result, and if we did not
succeed, we instead skip the test case.
|
|
|
|
The examples test suite was hard to debug just based
on its output (both plain debug printouts and printouts
generated via dbg). Some timeouts has been added between
the various actions so that it will be easier to understand
the output.
