Before this fix the process would continue to process
more distributed down or exit messages until it
ran out of reductions instead of being suspended
immediately.

Because of fragmentation of memory it is not always possible
to allocate enough 320 MB segments on 32-bit so we only sent
smaller packets there.

Stop testing the ratio, and just return information about the speed
and number of monitor messages. The testcase will still serve as a
smoke test of the +zdbbl option.

The granualarity of the windows time sometimes makes timer:tc
return 0 as the time taken for the test. Change this to use
the most common time instead.

For -start_epmd, check that the node starts properly and that we can
ping it.
For -epmd_module, start two nodes that can communicate only because we
supply the correct port number through a command line argument.
