* scrapinghub/stream_for_chunked_single_message:
inets: Fix streaming with single chunk body
|
|
Receiving HTTP response with no Content-length header and
with body ending on closed connection should give the complete
response body contents up to the last byte received.
|
|
Receiving HTTP response with chunked transfer encoding in a single
TCP message should produce stream messages for response body when
streaming mode is used for httpc.

The reverted commit took a too optimistic approch to pipeling. When added
we thought it would be an improvment, but it proved to be a
misconception.

> The default (identity) encoding; the use of no transformation whatsoever.
> The Internet Assigned Numbers Authority (IANA) acts as a registry for

> "gzip" (section 3.5), "compress" (section 3.5), and "deflate" (section 3.5).

Previously the only difference between {stream, self} and {stream,
{self, once}} was an extra Pid in the stream_start message due to a
bug in httpc_handler. It was immediately sending a bunch of messages
till the end instead of waiting for httpc:stream_next/1 being called.

httpc contains code for redirecting http response
301, 302, 303, and 307, but no tests existed for
response '303 See Other'. Added tests (get, head, and post)
for 303 and renumbered tests for 307. The subtle thing is that
for 303 also post requests *should* be redirected.
Also added the necessary 303 page to the dummy_server.

The module http_uri now officially supported.
Also, the http_uri:parse/1,2 function has been
extended with more scheme support and a way
to provide your own scheme info.

Copy dirs failed for some cases, so added more info when
that happens. Also added more info during httpd test case
init.

Moved the System Info printout to the init_per_suite function
for the httpc suite. Added it to the same function for the
httpd suite.

Merge from R14B integration branch (for inets-5.7.3) and
fixed appup and corresponding code-change code to work
in new version (inets-5.8.1).
Also some minor (R15B specific) test suite fixes.

Add a test case verifying the session selection.
Add some more use of the update_session function. Improved

That is, for test cases that depend of a running
ssl app, added tests that ssl is actually running
(actually the key app here is crypto, since the
simplest way to test if ssl works is by testing
if crypto does...).

OTP-9628.

When a URI with a IPv6 host is parsed, the brackets that encapsulates
the nnn is removed. This value is then supplied as the host header.
This can cause problems with some servers.
A workaround for this is to use headers_as_is and provide the host
header with the requst call
To solve this a new option has been added, ipv6_host_with_brackets.
This option specifies if the host value of the host header shall include
the branckets or not. By default, it does not (as before).
