This commit introduces two BIFs:
* erts_internal:map_type/1
* erts_internal:map_hashmap_children/1
erts_internal:map_hashmap_children/1 is only intended for use within
erts_debug:size/1 since the internal hashmap node is not allowed to
leak anywhere.

When a file was opened with some unicode encoding, file:read_line/1
could return unicode codepoints > 255 in list mode and wrong error

Chose to break out 'get_line' functionality from get_chars/5 since
'get_until' handling is different (comes from io module which should
return unicode lists) and seems to have its own (doc?) problems.

I was going through application_controller.erl looking for why
something was behaving a certain way, saw a comment about removing
this duplicated code one day, and decided to move that a step forward.
|
|
This functionality may be useful for compressed streams with high
compression ratio (in case of gzip it may be up to x1000), when
small amount of compressed data will produce large amount of
uncompressed output. This may lead to DoS attacks, because
server easily goes out of memory.
Example of such high compression ratio stream:

dd if=/dev/zero of=sparse.bin bs=1MB count=100 # 100mb of zeroes
gzip sparse.bin # 95kb sparse.bin.gz
$ erl
> {ok, Compressed} = file:read_file("sparse.bin.gz"),
> 97082 = size(Compressed),

The hipe_bifs:make_native_stub/2 and hipe_bifs:get_emu_address/1
BIFs were originally used by hipe_unified_loader.erl, but the
code been obsolete and disabled for ages.
Remove the BIFs and all references to them.
In hipe_unified_loader.erl, remove the no-op emu_make_stubs/1
function.
