This sets the maximum queue size for the IP trace driver which is used when tracing to shell and/or <c>{local,File}</c>. Also, change the default queue size set by dbg:trace_port/2 to 200.

Add a new menu to toggle log view. Disabled by default. Disabled if rb_server already started on observed node, in order not to interfere with somebody else. If enabled, add a tab in process view where log entries related to pid process are shown. Need an observed node with at least a version R16B2, due to the use of newly capability to rb to write into a file descriptor (on the observing node).

2014-10-10[observer] Remove note about R15B nodes in user guideSiri Hansen
A note in the user guide says "Only R15B nodes can be observed". This note was written because the observer_backend module did not exist in earlier releases. It should have said "R15B or later". However, now that we are on OTP-17, we don't think the note is necessary anymore so it is now removed.
