Similar to maps:take/2, add take/2 to the other dictionary
modules in STDLIB:
orddict:take(Key, Dict) -> {Val,NewDict} | 'error'.
dict:take(Key, Dict) -> {Val,NewDict} | 'error'.
gb_trees:take(Key, Dict) -> {Val,NewDict}.
For gb_trees also add:
gb_trees:take_any(Key, Dict) -> {Val,NewDict} | 'error'.
gb_trees already has delete() and delete_any(), so we will
follow that design pattern.
Suggested by Boris Bochkaryov in https://github.com/erlang/otp/pull/1209.

Right now the exact order of elements is not specified, yet many
programs rely on the ordering being the obvious one - erlang term order.
It is only beneficial to make this an explicit part of the
documentation.

With parametrized types and specs, modules using
orddict can be statically checked with dialyzer.
Although orddict have not been builtin types, it is
good and more natural to have its exported types and
specs aligned to builtin types.

fold() and map() handle elements in a well-defined order.
Thanks to Rabbe Fogelholm for pointing out the bug.

dict:size/1 runs in constant time, but orddict:size/1 does not. With
this change, the two modules stay API compatible and gain a
constant-time function for checking whether a dictionary is empty.

Fixed grammar and one inconsistency (Key - Value instead of key/value, since everywhere else the former is used).
