Various places that now reject null chars inside strings
- Primitive file operations reject it in filenames.
- Primitive environment variable operations reject it in
names and values.
- os:cmd() reject it in its input.
Also '=' characters are rejected by primitive environment
variable operations in environment variable names.
Documentation has been updated to document null characters
in these types of data as invalid. Currently these operations
accept null chars at the end of strings, but that will change
in the future.

Works with unicode:chardata() as input as was decided on OTP board
meeting as response to EEP-35 a long time ago.
Works on graphemes clusters as base, with a few exceptions, does not
handle classic (nor nfd'ified) Hangul nor the extended grapheme
clusters such as the prepend class. That would make handling binaries
as input/output very slow.
List input => list output, binary input => binary output and
mixed input => mixed output for all find/split functions.
So that results can be post-processed without the need to invoke
unicode:characters_to_list|binary for intermediate data.
pad functions return lists of unicode:chardata() for performance.

Document that os:unsetenv/1 handles Unicode in the same way as os:getenv
and os:putenv.

There was once a plan to implement support for unicode atoms in OTP
18. This plan has been stopped until further notice, and the
information about this is now removed from the documentation.

A note has been added that clarifies that the encoding of
the I/O-server has to be set explicitly, irrespective of
any encoding comment.

These were documented in the stdlib user's guide, but not in the
reference manual for erl. This has now been corrected.

There is a kludge in file_io_server and
erl_scan:continuation_location() that's not so pleasing.

The documentation (*.xml) in the otp tree has a common grammatical
problem, "it's" and "its" are often interchanged. That is annoying
for some readers.
This commit consists entirely of "it's" -> "its" changes. I went
through every .xml file in the tree. If there are any remaining
bugs of this type, it's because I missed them, not because I
didn't look.

environment after a number of bugs are fixed and some features
are added in the documentation build process.
- The arity calculation is updated.
- The module prefix used in the function names for bif's are
removed in the generated links so the links will look like
http://www.erlang.org/doc/man/erlang.html#append_element-2
instead of
http://www.erlang.org/doc/man/erlang.html#erlang:append_element-2
- Enhanced the menu positioning in the html documentation when a
new page is loaded.
- A number of corrections in the generation of man pages (thanks
to Sergei Golovan)
- Moved some man pages to more apropriate sections, pages in
section 4 moved to 5 and pages in 6 moved to 7.
- The legal notice is taken from the xml book file so OTP's
build process can be used for non OTP applications.
