Can not depend on internal knowledge of binaries any more
it changed and caused at least opengl to crash in OTP-20.1

Introduced when I optimized the binary handling.

When emulator is stopped all drivers are stopped but not unloaded
and since the clean wx thread stoppage code was in unload callback it
was not called and could cause crashes.
|

The pid is not available via driver_caller(..) (see wxeCommand constr)
inside driver_monitor callback.

This may have caused the core dump on ubuntu-64 which have happend
for some people.
