* peterdmv/inets/http_uri_backwards_compat/OTP-14573:
inets: Restore old behavior when parsing "+"
|
|
Add host_name to hold the resolved name incorrectly provided as server
name before.
|
|
If the client uses PUT or POST to send a HTTP body the server
currently will gather the whole body in memory before passing it on to
the mod-callback. For legacy reasons it also converts the binary body
to a list, this is really bad for memory usage!
Add new option max_client_body_chunk to enable chunked handling of
content-length requests. Also make it possible for chunked-encoded data
to be propagated in portions to the mod-callback.

"+" is part of sub-delims according to RFC 3986 and shall not be
converted to space.

A missing call to ets:safe_fixtable/2 meant that information
was sometimes lost when merging PLT:s.

Default values have never worked in extension for PER.
Note that for default values in the root part of SEQUENCE,
giving a value equal to the DEFAULT value, will result in
the same encoding as if asn1_DEFAULT was given. However,
that behavior is not promised by the documentation. The
documentation says that asn1_DEFAULT should be used for
default values. For DEFAULT in extensions, only implement
what the documentation promises and nothing more.

The state without pruned registers was passed on to test_heap
causing the validator to belive registers that aren't live
actually are live.

In OTP-20, c:c/1,2 started using the directory of the source file as
default output directory. For backwards compatibility reasons this is
now reversed so the current directory is used instead.

Do not invoke the internal string:lenght/1 function
when the list length is wanted.
Fixes backwards compatibility for old string functions.
|
|
Add a few more tests to the proc_lib_SUITE.
|
|
The `error_logger_format_depth` variable is `unlimited` by default.
This can cause errors when logging crash reports using sasl logger,
because `io_lib:format("~P"...` does not support `unlimited` as a
depth parameter.
Use formatter string "~p" for unlimited depth.
A way to reproduce the error:
Start erl with sasl logger:
erl -boot start_sasl -sasl errlog_type error -sasl sasl_error_logger tty
Report arbitrary error:
error_logger:error_report(crash_report, [fake_crash_report, foo]).

Print function names and registered names with ~tw.
Open dump file with encoding utf8.
|
|
This allows the use of ~ts/~tp/~tw in the formatting fun to
sys:handle_debug/4.
|
|
This allows the use of ~ts/~tp/~tw in calls to error_logger:format/2,
error_logger:error_msg/2 and error_logger:info_msg/2.
|
|

|
And use correct encoding when printing to files.
