alert records needs to be thrown from
ssl_handshake:premaster_secret/[2/3] so that operations will end up in
the catch clause of the invokation of certify_client_key_exchange/3 in
ssl_connection.erl, and hence terminate gracefully and not continue to try
and calculate the master secret with invalid inputs and crash.

This is how OpenSSH does. The bytes returned will be put on the
user's tty, so it is better with text than a ssh_msg_disconnect
|

rfc 4253 says in section 8 that:
"Values of 'e' or 'f' that are not in the range [1, p-1] MUST NOT be
sent or accepted by either side. If this condition is violated, the
key exchange fails."
This commit implements the reception check.

This is to prevent some dos-attac scenarios. The limit is hard-coded.

If something bad happens and the socket is closed the
call inet:getopts(Socket, [recbuf]) may return {ok, []}. We
want to treat this as a fatal error and terminate gracefully.
The same goes for the case that inet:getopts returns {error, Reason}
that was not handled either.

Many HTTP headers are optional, and it could be desirable for the
server to filter and maybe even alter them without replacing the
mod_* modules that generate/process them. Add new behaviour
httpd_custom_api with default implementation in httpd_custom.erl.
Add behaviour module in 18 as then we can specify optional callbacks.

With parametrized types and specs, modules using
orddict can be statically checked with dialyzer.
Although orddict have not been builtin types, it is
good and more natural to have its exported types and
specs aligned to builtin types.

It's unnecessary to wait for timeout in some of these testcases.
The tests should not check for stray messages while waiting for timeout,
that is mostly covered by message order and pattern matching anyway.

When building with --enable-native-libs and allowing 'make' to use
multiple threads, the compiler would crash because the erl_syntax
module was missing. Here is the recipe for making it crash on
my computer:
git clean -dxfq
MAKEFLAGS='-j10' ./otp_build setup -a --enable-native-libs
What would happen is that when merl_transform was used to compile
itself, it would call 'merl' which in turn would call erl_syntax and
erl_syntax_lib. Since those modules were not listed as dependencies,
there was no guarantee that they had actually been compiled. In fact,
erl_syntax is a large module so a compilation it with +native would
usually not finish before it was needed for compiling merl_transform.
To ensure that the erl_syntax and erl_syntax_lib modules are
available when needed, they must be explicitly listed as dependencies.

Cache the results of native compilation in
$XDG_CACHE_HOME/dialyzer_hipe_cache. This can reduce the startup time
significantly.
If XDG_CACHE_HOME is unset, it defaults to $HOME/.cache.

Under that directory, create a subdirectory called
ARCH-VERSION-CHECKSUM, where ARCH is the HiPE architecture, VERSION is
the HiPE version number, and CHECKSUM is the return value of
hipe_bifs:system_crc/0.
Caching can be disabled by specifying --no_native_cache on the command
line.

The macro HIPE_SYSTEM_CRC used to contain a hidden cookie from the VM
that generated hipe_literals.hrl. This means that BEAM files containing
that macro would be tied to a particular version of the VM.
Change hipe_bifs:system_crc such that it doesn't require a hidden cookie
to return the desired value.

Similar to function calls, we also need to annotate used types
on call site since this information is used later on when showing
undefined type errors.
Notice we don't need to annotate the type export because
it is an attribute and those are always properly annotated.
