The error was detected as 5004 (DIAMETER_INVALID_AVP_VALUE) for
stringish Diameter types, in which case an AVP length that pointed past
the end of a message resulted in encode failure of the suggested
Failed-AVP.
Should have been fixed in commit 4ce2d3a6.

When converting an Audit Trail Log to text a corrupt
log entry could cause the entire conversion to fail.
Also, for a log with sequence numbers, failing to
decode a log entry would cause the conversion to fail
(not because of the failed decode, but because of the
failure to write the error message).

Application memsup should be calculating free memory using the
speculative pages, in the same manner that the Activity Monitor and top
programs on OS X do. In addition, correct page size to 4096, based on
verification of available memory between top, vm_stat and Activity

When performing the AES encryption, invalid values for the
EngineBoots and EngineTime was used. The values of the local
agent was used, which would have produced some values if an
agent was actually running. If not it would have caused a crash.

A constraint that was an union of integer ranges:
Type ::= INTEGER (lb1..ub1 | ... | lbN..ubN)
would sometimes (depending on the values) not all always be properly
combined to a single effective range, but would become:
Type ::= INTEGER (lb2..ub2) (lb3..ub3)
If that type was used in a SEQUENCE:
S ::= SEQUENCE {
v Type
}
the constraint would be simplified, taking the intersection of the
ranges.

The functions add_error_logger_mf/1 and delete_error_logger_mf/1 in sasl.erl
are designed to do nothing if the handler configuration as returned by
get_error_logger_mf/0 is 'undefined'. However, that function returns a
triple {undefined,undefined,undefined} when the error_logger_mf_*
configurations have not been set. This makes SASL always try to add the
log_mf_h handler on startup, passing 'undefined' for each of the Dir, MaxB
and MaxF parameters. The gen_event callback function log_mf_h:init/1 will
then crash with a function_clause error, causing the handler to be silently
removed again. This patch fixes the problem by making get_error_logger_mf/0
return the single atom 'undefined' as it is expected to do.
