The symptom of this bug was that a (named) telnet connection which was
open and hanging during a timetrap timeout could no longer be opened
again in subsequent test cases.
Since the connection was hanging, ct_telnet:close/1 which was called
during end_per_testcase would fail (timeout) and cause common_test to
brutally kill the connection. The bug was that the connection was not
unregistered at this point. When trying to open the connection again
in the next testcase, common_test attempted to reuse the same
connection since it had not been unregistered. This failed since the
connection in fact was dead.

Make sure snmpa_mib_storage_ets can handle a non-ex file
whe n openning a table (it should simply create it).

There is a set of default agent config environment values used
when starting an agent. For specififc group of test cases, other
values is used. These two groups of environment is now merged
in a more controlled way.
Also test case grouping make use of more test cases functions
(in order to make the groups() function more readable).

Updated the snmpa_mib_storage_mnesia module to handle alias
atoms for the nodes option.
Also, (git) added mib-storage behaviour ref-man.

The agent test (sub-) suite updated according to the
new mib-storage format. Also changed config of started
agent to the "new" format.

Add a new function/2 to behaviour. Also changed returnj type for
info/1. Also make sure even ets and dets implementation(s)
check that the correct type is written.

The new mib-storage is now used by both the mib-server and
the symbolic-store.

When starting a sub-agent we previously did not provide
a value for mib_storage, which was alright because ets
was assumed as a default in every place where it was used.
Now we expect the value to be defined and therefor we
must explicitly add the default value for sub-agents when
staring them.

The module snmpa_general_db is no longer used (replaced
by the behaviour snmpa_mib_storage and the modules
implementing this behaviour).

In an email to erlang-questions, Bengt Kleberg wrote:
When I use c:ls/1 it reminds me so much of Unix "ls" that I
expect c:ls("filename") to work. The resulting error surprises
me every time (not the same day).
While teaching c:ls/1 to show non-directory files, update the
error handling to make use of the POSIX error codes from
file:list_dir/1 and file:format_error/1 (which had not been
invented when the c module was first implemented).

Some test hosts have e.g. '-' in the name, which causes the node name
to have single quotes. This commit updates the suite to handle this
correctly.

Some files with icky names (unicode) can not be deleted with the
cleanup scripts after daily tests. Therefore it is better to clean up
directly from the erlang node after test is run.

A new field named "Memory" has been added for each process in the
crash dump. This is now shown by the crashdump_viewer. It replaces the
"Stack+heap" column in the process overview page, and is added to the
process detail page.

Add (make) depend rule for the new mib-server data module,
snmpa_mib_datas_tttn. Also corrected the depend rule for
the mib-server data module behaviour module (snmpa_mib_data).

The main snmp agent api module contains some basic type defs
and therefor it must be compiled first.

processes view.
Behaviour is also shown when declared into the module attributes,
otherwise 'undefined'.
If state format is not detected, Format is set to 'overriden' when
format_status/2 is defined, otherwise 'unknown'.
Some processes don't treat system messages, this imply a short delay
for displaying the process view, arbitrary set to 200ms.

http_chunk:decode/4, the side-effecting chunk decoder, was only used
by httpc_handler:handle_http_body/2 but now it's completely unused.
|

Previously the only difference between {stream, self} and {stream,
{self, once}} was an extra Pid in the stream_start message due to a
bug in httpc_handler. It was immediately sending a bunch of messages
till the end instead of waiting for httpc:stream_next/1 being called.
