Correct calculation of the number of parallel processes to use
when cover is used. It was supposed not to exceed 4 (according to
the comment), but it was calculated as the number of schedulers.
On my computer, having 8 schedulers, this change made the compiler
test suite with cover run almost twice as fast.

Dialyzer's dependency calculation was throwing an error when
encountering an 'apply' node with something that was not a variable
(e.g., a literal). The rest of the code did not know what to do with
this error, which resulted in dialyzer crashing. Fix this by ingoring
the detected error in the dependency calculation phase; later dialyzer
passes know how to properly handle and report this kind of errors
anyway.
This fixes [Erlang-JIRA] (ERL-138).

Dialyzer complains that three calls to gen_dec_line/7 ignore
the return value. It turns out that when the last argument to
gen_dec_line/7 is 'false', the return value will always be
{[],[]}. Introduce gen_dec_line/6 as helper to make it clear
that we don't ignore a useful return value.

A bug in LLVM miscompiles x86 functions that have floats are spilled to
stack. We work around it by disabling (inlined) floats when using llvm
on x86. Once a LLVM version in which the bug is fixed is released, we
can make the workaround conditional depending on the version.

Since 3.7, LLVM sometimes generates SSE constants in a special constant
section with the requisite alignment (".rodata.cst16"). This broke
hipe_llvm since it assumed that all constants that were linked from the
text section were constants generated by hipe_llvm.
As this is the first time alignments larger than 8 have been required,
some small changes were required to hipe_consttab and
hipe_bifs:alloc_data/2. Note that hipe_bifs:alloc_data/2 still assumes
that erl_alloc will provide the requisite alignment.

This allows for much more robust interpretation of relocations, symbols
and sections in hipe_llvm_main, without the clunkiness of an abstract
interface between two internal modules that belong to the same subsystem
anyway.

The command queue could still loose a cmd because the command was
reused while still in (recursive) use, thus when deleting it after
command was done a newly added command could be mistakenly deleted and
not called.
Root cause was that wxeFifo::Strip "deleted" to many cmds.
Solve by differing deleted and executed, i.e. op= -1 cmd have been
executed and op = -2 cmd have been executed and deleted.
