This is a follow up to commit b5ee5c6.
Similar to function calls, we also need to annotate used types
on call site since this information is used later on when showing
undefined type errors.
Notice we don't need to annotate the type export because
it is an attribute and those are always properly annotated.

The 'compression' option was used in the test cases. The new option 'preferred_algorithms' is
much more powerful and can be used as a replacement.
|

This option enables the user to define which algorithms that
are to be used as well as their precedences in the negotiation
between server and client.
|

This option is set internaly but there is no reason to set it when calling a function.

If a child of a simple_one_for_one returns ignore from its start
function no longer store the child for any restart type. It is not
possible to restart or delete the child because the supervisor is a
simple_one_for_one.
Previously a simple_one_for_one would crash, potentially without
shutting down all of its children, when it tried to shutdown a child
with undefined pid.
Previous only one undefined pid child was stored in a simple_one_for_one
supervisor no matter how many times the child start function returned
ignore.

Applications that use the new erl_anno module are depending on STDLIB 2.5.
Note that CosNotification, Megaco, SNMP, Xmerl, and Parsetools use the
erl_anno module via the Yecc parsers only (the header file in
lib/parsetools/include/yeccpre.hrl calls the erl_anno module).
HiPE does not call the erl_anno module, but uses an exported type.
We have chosen to make HiPE dependent on the erl_anno module.

Commit 4b691d8d made it possible for accepting transport processes to be
started concurrently, and commit 77c1b162 adapted diameter_sctp to this,
but missed that the publication of the listener process in diameter_reg
has to precede the return of its start function. As a result, concurrent
starts could result in multiple listener processes.
|

Make anything but a comm_up sctp_assoc_change crash. Make timeouts more
reasonable.
|

Previously it was only run over TCP.
Configure a pool of accepting processes since simultaneous connections
are otherwise prone to rejection, as discussed in commit 4b691d8d.
Tweak timeouts to more reasonable values.
