ct_repeate_testrun_SUITE is added, which tests the following options
to ct_run:
-repeat N
-duration [-force_stop [skip_rest]]

A bug in test_server_gl caused io requests containing invalid data
(i.e. not unicode:chardata()) to hang, since no io reply was
sent. This has been corrected.

Some of the PSK and SRP ciphers default to sha384, this enables
hash_size for that cipher. It also adds sha512 and sha224 to be
prepared for further cipher enhancements.

The scanner did not crash when a floating point number was encountered

This option makes the compiler run the Core Erlang linting pass before

variables, something that is detected by core_lint.

If a variable bound in a generator is used as the size of a segment
in the comprehension body, v3_core uses this variable in the code
generated to compute the initial size given to the `bs_init_writable`
primop before the variable is actually bound, as in:
