When a URI with a IPv6 host is parsed, the brackets that encapsulates the nnn is removed. This value is then supplied as the host header. This can cause problems with some servers. A workaround for this is to use headers_as_is and provide the host header with the requst call To solve this a new option has been added, ipv6_host_with_brackets. This option specifies if the host value of the host header shall include the branckets or not. By default, it does not (as before). OTP-9628

A Dets table with sufficiently large buckets could not always be repaired. (Reported by Gordon Guthrie.) The format of Dets files has been modified. When downgrading tables created with the new system will be repaired. Otherwise the modification should not be noticeable.

The two noncharacter code points 16#FFFE and 16#FFFF were not allowed to be encoded or decoded using the unicode module or bit syntax. That causes an inconsistency, since the noncharacters 16#FDD0 to 16#FDEF could be encoded/decoded. There is two ways to fix that inconsistency. We have chosen to allow 16#FFFE and 16#FFFF to be encoded and decoded, because the noncharacters could be useful internally within an application and it will make encoding and decoding slightly faster.
