erts: Do not preallocate too large event pool
A pool size of 4000 is too excessive for the common case.
Change ERTS_TS_EV_ALLOC_DEFAULT_POOL_SIZE to 2048
Change ERTS_TS_EV_ALLOC_POOL_SIZE to 32
